Moved by its passionate speech, Team Rocket decides to offer a cheer in support of Pikachu, as Ash and friends march through this road on their way to the Pokémon gym. After they are done with the cheer, they disappear down the street.
Ash challenges Lt. Surge again to a match, but this time Brock has a plan to counter Raichu's superior strength and electrical power. Once the battle begins, Pikachu starts displaying its super agility.
Team Rocket cheers for Pikachu on this street.
